The Leadership Collective is a global community created by leaders, for leaders. Offering a comprehensive ecosystem of support, advice, resources, education, discussion, and debate, we focus on helping you solve pressing challenges within your role. The Leadership Collective offers leaders support in four main areas. These include peer-to-peer interaction through workshops, engaging roundtables, webinars, and a dedicated Slack group. We provide targeted content curated using insights from member advisors, market trends, and member input. Additionally, we offer access to our advisory team, facilitating connections with vetted vendor partners to provide tailored business support. Furthermore, we provide global recruitment services, delivered locally by experts, to assist our members in growing their businesses effectively.

The Leadership Collective is currently free for all HRCI certified leaders until August 2024 (*for those who are not HRCI certified, you will receive one month’s free membership). Thereafter, there is a fee of $499 USD per month to enable us to continue to fund the community and add as much value as possible to leaders. However, if you engage with our paid Global Recruitment solution at least once annually, you can enjoy a lifetime membership on us.

A combination. Many resources, including events, are held online/virtually as our membership is so geographically diverse. However, we are running an increasing number of face-to-face roundtables and other events to help our members engage with peers based locally and to enjoy the benefits of face-to-face interaction with our experts.
